Returns

At Trophy Boil, we take pride in the quality of our products. Because of the nature of our offerings, we do not accept returns or issue refunds, except in cases where a product arrives defective or damaged.
Defective or Damaged Items Only
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement:
- Provide your order number or proof of purchase
- Submit photos clearly showing the defect or damage (including packaging if applicable)
- Contact us via admin@trophyboil.co.nz
Once your request is approved, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
Return Request Window
- Defective item claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
- Claims outside this window will not be accepted
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not offer returns or replacements for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection or sizing
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Sale or clearance items
